The Chief Apostle at the altar
10 August 2024

Manifesting love for God and humanity requires lot of sacrifice, consideration and effort. Accepting one another’s burden is emphasised in the Chief Apostle sermon of Memmingen, Germany – live transmission service on the 28th July 2028. Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. – Galatians 6:2

The Chief Apostle, Jean-Luc Schneider expresses his appreciation for organization of the divine service, preparing the soul and music to help deliver the sermon. God listens to our prayers via hymns also. Bible verses recycle about the law of love, which determines our acceptance in God’s Kingdom. This predication is about love in the circle of the disciples and relationship in our congregations.

Bearing another’s burden
Jesus’ crucifixion is to take away the sins of the world. Carrying others burden is important to be redeemed at the end. Burden is what brings us down / hinder us from deliverance of sin. It is injustice, sorrows, poverty, sickness, pain etc; stagnating in following. We can't take the burden away completely but don't look away as if we don't have time. Prayer works; so we first pray and secondly, help with some actions - care to make others feel heard / loved from our hearts. It means moving from our comfort zones to assist. We should not add to the problems by boosting of our success: happy marriage, nice children, good life, job, regular participation of divine services etc. Exposing our achievement should not be a way of judging those who not have. We must be grateful that we only live by the grace and kindness of God.

Sin is a burden - imperfection in humanity; and so, we forgive sinners though talk about weakness in love. We experience God’s love and fellowship with brothers and sisters in the divine service. Some are irregular and others are regular in church. We make everyone comfortable anytime they come. There are many human rules but are not obeyed by even the enforcers. Fellowship of diverse-imperfect people should not be unrealistic about the troubles. We discuss the issues in love such that everyone feels good

District Apostle Kububa Soko
Bearing one another's burden is the feeling of the love of Christ, so that we do not disturb someone's salvation. Europe is different from Africa - with lots of problems. It is good to bear the burdens. We have to react by helping, sympathising, empathising with the suffering people for the love of Jesus Christ; and consequently, prepare the bridal congregation to go home.

Apostle Matthias Pfützner
“I was in Africa and saw women carrying bundles of wood home. They use the wood to prepare food. I could not carry the wood but help with some money”. One couldn't take a crying baby from the mother but let her feel comfortable. What we do to help others is very important. Jesus prayed for Peter besides his weakness. If someone does not see our burden, we look up to Jesus; He is all besides all.

Chief Apostle
Prayer works as in the Lord's Prayer- Forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors – means also forgive my brethren, loving their salvation.  Let thy will be done for others to be in heaven - of one goal, Lord and faith. The burden of sadness remains of losing loved ones. Fellowship would reduce the burden even for the departed.

Retirement of Lead Apostle Hans-Jürgen Bauer
Apostle Bauer is retired after 40 years in ministry - 20 as Apostle. While addressing him at the alter the Chief Apostle thanked God who helped him fulfil his task, for angel protection, forgiveness. He said “You gave your life, serve with your whole heart with joy and thankfulness in South Germany, East and West Africa; a zealous worker, true brother in faith even in South Germany” He ended. He described him as someone who is not complicated and hope that his replacement will also help along.
